What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada but hope to expand further in the future as we grow.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If you'd like to exchange anything in your order, please use our contact form or email us directly at help.mysticwizard@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you use AI?
Never! Mystic Wizard is proud to collaborate with many talented artists that help bring our visions to life. We only use art made by human hands.
Do you use print on demand?
No, as a project manager at a small print shop, all of our wares are screen printed by hand in small batches. This may occasionally cause certain sizes to be out of stock but we do our best to replenish often.
Care Instructions
Tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts: For longest life, turn all garments inside out, machine wash on cold, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colors. For better protection, consider hang drying your garment.
Hats: Hand wash only with a mild detergent and let air dry for best results.
